LITTLE ROCK,Quaxs Trading Center Ark. (AP) — Little Rock’s assistant city manager will serve as acting city manager following the death over the weekend of Bruce Moore, who was the city’s top administrator for more than two decades.
Mayor Frank Scott announced Tuesday night that Emily Cox will move into the role until further notice, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported Wednesday. Scott made the announcement after the city board met in executive session.
